The three applicants in this case had been refused a Business Skills (Residence) (class DF) Business Owner (Residence 890) visa by a delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection. The applicants contended that the Tribunal’s decision was affected by jurisdictional error and that the court should review it. The judge ruled that no jurisdictional error had been made.
Florence Chen appeared for the first, second and third applicant, instructed by Shimizu Kokusai Law Office.
