Doing Evidence in Arbitration Better: Presenting the 2023 Evidence in International Arbitration Report
An ACICA Roadshow Event: Brisbane
The 2023 Evidence in International Arbitration Report, which launched in September 2023, indicates that expert, lay and documentary evidence have a significant impact on case outcomes. The Report considers these impacts, and touches on sustainability, equal representation and other key trends. The findings are contextualised with editorials by leading thought leaders.
The panellists will bring the Report to life for attendees in Brisbane. To provide practical tips, panellists will offer their varying perspectives, as counsel, experts, and arbitrators practising in international arbitration.
The event in Brisbane will also feature a live demonstration of a hearing set up at Dexus Place, with FTI Consulting showing in realtime how it can provide technical support.
The event will be held fromĀ 5pm (AEST) on the 7th February 2024.
Panel:
Shane Doyle KC – Level Twenty Seven Chambers
Jeremy Chenoweth – Ashurst
Dawna Wright – FTI Consulting
Kate Grimley – Deloitte
Ashley Hill – GRT Lawyers
Lucy Martinez – Independent Arbitrator and Counsel
