The applicant sought an injunction to restrain an adjudicator appointed under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (Qld) from making a decision in respect of an adjudication application made by the first respondent on the basis that there was a reasonable apprehension of bias.
The Supreme Court of Queensland dismissed the application.
