The Queensland Supreme Court addressed a dispute concerning the enforcement of a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA). The court found that PCA (Qld) Pty Ltd had not complied with the DOCA’s terms. It was concluded that the plaintiff, Destination Brisbane Consortium, was entitled to remedies due to this non-compliance. The judgment provided clear guidance on interpreting and enforcing the DOCA, emphasising the importance of adhering to its terms and outlining the court’s role in resolving such disputes.
