This case concerned the plaintiff’s contention that a large parcel land was held on trust for his benefit. He claimed the existence of a resulting trust, or in the alternative, a constructive trust in respect of that interest. He unsuccessfully sought a declaration and specific performance of an agreement by which he claimed entitlement to one of the four lots concerned. Rob Anderson QC appeared for the defendants.
