Roger Traves QC and Rob Anderson QC will join a host of presenters at the Australian Lawyers Association’s (AILA) one day intensive professional development programme on Friday 24 May at the Calile Hotel, Brisbane.
Roger will join the “‘I’ll Have Mine With Chips’ – Out of the Frypan and Out of the Fire” session to discuss the most important ethical issues for liability insurers and their lawyers.
Rob is taking part in the session titled “Defamation in the Digital Age” to consider the developments of tort in the media and defamation space.
