Thursday 8 July 2021 1730, in partnership with the Downs and South Western Queensland Law Association, Level Twenty Seven hosted a webinar which suggested the potential benefits of mediation and how to approach them pragmatically in the context of commercial, family, land and tax disputes.
Matthew Jones chaired the discussion, which saw Prof. Rachael Field (Bond University) speak to considerations for family law disputes, Florence Chen tax disputes and Timothy Stork to land law.
